About me
I am an independent IT Management Advisor, Coach and CIO as-a-Service. I work with Executives and mid-size companies across Germany and Europe on the four areas where the wrong decision gets expensive: IT Management and Strategy, Journey to Cloud, Data and Generative AI, and Quality and Compliance.
I bring more than three decades of Director-level experience in global IT and Cloud operations at Eviden and Atos. I grew a managed services business from 25 to 60 million euros, built and scaled international delivery teams, ran sovereign cloud platforms for regulated customers across four continents, and introduced the first Generative AI compliance assistant in my organisation.
My advisory work is built on four practical frameworks covering AI Adoption, Sovereign Cloud, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Cybersecurity. The goal is always the same: move beyond pilots and vendor hype toward outcomes that are measurable, governed, and ready to scale.
